Over 99% of orders clear instantly, but payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal) occasionally take 1–3 minutes to sync. Please wait 2 minutes and refresh your My Account → Downloads page. If the file still does not appear, submit a ticket on the right and our billing team will manually release it for you immediately.
🛠️ Error Troubleshooting: How to resolve PHP fatal errors or white screens?
Ensure your server runs PHP 7.4 to 8.2, and your server's upload_max_filesize and memory_limit are set to at least 256M. If a plugin conflict occurs, temporarily deactivate other caching/optimization plugins and test in a clean staging environment.
